In the first few das of being with ZIP, i've found that their sales and support are both good, but the server setup time is quite lengthy. I ordered my server on the 31st, and today is the 2nd. Hopefully it comes online soon.

Also download speed is very bad mate it keeps decreasing.

There is no money back guarantee once the server is delivered as ordered.
