View Full Version : Private Label reseller hosting??
cachettech 07-29-2006, 06:33 AM I remember i had been on a website where they provide complete private lable solution and they provide support to our customers too. No its not resellerpanel
Their feature is, we buy a reseller package and they allow us to sell some 30-50 accounts with 250-300 MB each.
Does anyone know which company is this ??
That's pretty generic. I can count at least 6 hosts here that offer to support your customers.
Off the top of my head, there's 2 H-Sphere providers, 4 cPanel providers. I haven't seen any with Plesk/Helm, but it doesn't mean they don't exist.
I would use the search feature. You'll be able to find the hosts, and find their reviews.

CyberHostPro 07-30-2006, 03:00 AM you could take a reseller account and get your own support from outsourced company. some i know are:
bobcares.com
hostingsupportguru.com
actsupport.com
touchsupport.com
ldcdc 07-30-2006, 08:51 AM Maybe you mean bulixhost.com? I think we're close to shooting darts in the dark here. :)
HostTitan 07-30-2006, 12:07 PM You should try emailing any small to mid-size reseller hosting company. Many will be willing to work with you to get something going, especially since they likely already have the facilities in place to handle support queries.

This is certainly an option, but I believe it wouldn't really be financially viable for a reseller to do so. Better off going with a company that would provide end-user support as part of the package..
Kaumil 07-30-2006, 12:31 PM Hostopia.com does some high-end private label stuff, check them out. Otherwise, pretty much every company that I know that offers cPanel, has "private label web hosting", so long as they set it up properly.
aweblogs 07-30-2006, 12:52 PM Could it be resellerclub.com ?

I agree, however could the company you are talking about be HostWay?
morehost 07-31-2006, 01:51 AM If you buy a dedicated/vps/reseller account with some good host.. and use touchsupport for support.. nothing like tht.. i have used touchsupport and believe me they are amazingly good and professional... and this also gives you freedom to choose best host.. all the best :)

You mean the fact that they're not outsourced to another country? :D
gregmawson 07-31-2006, 05:52 PM How do private reseller works..?
HostTitan 08-01-2006, 02:59 PM The one thing that's great about private reseller, is that when its an all inclusive package there's accountability held by one party. If you buy a reseller package at one area and a support solution from another, its easy to blame the other party for an error or misinformation etc.,
