Can one use 2checkout to charge for adult hosting plans?

because I saw adulthost.com doing this...

Just curious!

As I know they don't accept payments from adult hosting.

because I saw adulthost.com doing this...
2CO may cease them at any time...

For a direct link to 2CO's policy about this:

Their policy says any adult based subscription services, technically web hosting isn't "adult" as such, it's just web hosting with adult content allowed. As long as you weren't selling it purely as adult web hosting I don't see why there would be much of a problem with it.

You should probably contact them and ask, we're just speculating here ...

I always understood restrictions were placed on adult services simply because they are significantly more likely to be hit by fraud.

From my discussions they were umming and arghing about it. For hosting they do explicity disallow IRC based services

I think better to contact them or alternatively you can check it with standardpay, I hope they accept such site.

Yes, 2co allow adult hosting, i use it, and i asked before , no problems at all , because 'adult' hosting is the same as regular hosting, the 'adult' word is more or less a marketing stuff.

We have been providing adult hosting for nearly 3 years with 2CO and never had any issues with them.
