View Full Version : as usual, how long will mblicenses.com replay ticket?

i am not sure if there is the right place to post my question.
because some post say kayako with bad support but mblicenses good,i dedicated esupport via mblicenses.
some day before,i want to buy esupport from mblicenses,but their billing system was wrong and i submit a ticket to them,
some hours later,i receive a ticket with ordering link from them,and i pay the fee some minutes later.
before i make a decision to buy from them,i asked them how long i can get the license,they told me 24-48 hours.
about 24 hours later,i submit a ticket to ask how long should i wait,no replay,....
next 24 hous later,i replay the ticket i submited again,no replay...
i just want to know it is not weekend and why they should spent over 48 too replay my ticket.
i am sorry,i hurry to get esupport to install.

I remember when I ordered a copy of modernbill from mblicense, it took them close to 48 hours to complete it. I sent in a support ticket asking where my license is and within a few hours they finally replied. In the Knowledgebase it says withhin 48hrs they would set it up.

I paid for an upgrade from a 50-leased license to a 100 owned license. Payment was made 7 days ago. I have sent in multiple tickets. No reply for awhile now and no upgrade. Something is definitely wrong with them. This was not how they were a couple months ago.

after the ordering,i think their attitude of server is very very very bad. they did not tell me how the situation is and why i still get my license automatically. and let me ask them by myself and replay my ticket about 3 days one time@@ all my time has been wasted by them at all. if you want to buy service from them,please take care!! that is my review!! i have asked refund finally!

I believe they have had some issues with server integrity recently.

As long as your license hasn't been delivered a refund shouldn't be too much to ask for.

It seems kind of odd that you chose a nondescript username and chose not to publish their email and come complaining. How can they help if you hide your identity?

You are correct. We have a large customer base and a high volume of signups. We could NEVER guess who you are. If you have an issue, you need to provide information as to how we can assist you.
