Is there a billing system that uses onlinenic as the registrar and automates it in the same way that most all of them do enom. I use mb right now and it will register domains but not renew or transfer. I guess I may wind up having to go to enom or directi.

Maybe you could use real-time billing software? According to PickyGuide it's commonly used in time based and prepaid services. :)
