Looking for an artistic, graphic oriented, design-experienced individual to assist in applying final touches to web site designs. Person must be creative, proficient with graphic design and layout, and able to work promptly. Payments will always be made promptly.
Basically, I am looking for someone who can take a work-in-progress and provide creative / graphic / design input on putting the finishing touches on the design. Person must be willing to work for a flat, per project, rate-- and must be able to communicate their timeframe, costs, and what they suggest implementing in detail.
In addition to providing quality work, I am looking for very competitive rates.
