Hi!

Anybody able to give details of recent experiences favourable or otherwise for shared server accounts using this UK host.

All info gratefully recieved.

Any customers able to confirm good service on things like scalability issues (e.g. expansion of site), PHP, ASP services esp. re charging/expansion issues ... also how do they service existing customers generally.

Anybody know what their Intenet connectivity is like/how their connection is ocnfigured?

What are they like at dealing with questions about new or existing business?

Are they still reseller or do they have any of their own servers now?

Thanks to all who respond :-)

I have had experience with them before (quite a while back now), but regarding your expanding/ upgrading your site, they do charge extra for mySQL database, FrontPage and ASP support and an additional £20 for "Domain name change hosting", so these costs should be taken into consideration.

Hi Craig,

I'll leave other people to offer an opinion on our services (Im biased of course!).

We currently have a 100mb/s connection from easynet in London, with servers in 2 seperate data centres.

We stopped reselling other companies back in 1998, so I dont know when you previous looked at us :), now we have racks full of our own servers, and in fact host nearly 200 resellers ourselves.

If you have any further questions, feel free to drop me a mail.
