Hello,
I would sincerely appreciate any help in resolving this problem. it is a troubling issue as root and site admins cannot add new users using the CP. Every time, for any value of "Maximum Allowed Disk Space" we receive a "Unable to set the quota for *username*" error. In Usage Information -> Disk all of the users listed have a usage of 0.00 and an allowed disk space of Unlimited.
This is incorrect.. as all of the individual quotas are defined when editing individual users in the User List. We cannot even change user quotas using the CP.
We recently upgraded the PHP to the latest 4.4.x version. But we did this also on another RaQ 550 and no such problem occured.
Would anyone be familar with creating users manually? Or ideally how we might go about fixing this issue.
