Hi, it seems that a lot of people have good things to say about namecheap. I also agree that namecheap is cheap and good.

But have anybody comes across another registrar that is cheaper than namecheap and offering equivalent service? I want to register more domain names and also want to try out other cheaper companies. When a person registers more domain names as time goes by, the cost just keeps adding up. However I will rather stay with namecheap if a cheaper company has poorer service.

Please recommend if you know of any others which are as good as namecheap but cheaper. Thanks.

NameCheap is eNom reseller, why don't you just get an eNom reseller account if you planning in register a lot of domain names.
eNom lowest price is $6.95/yr that required you to deposit $6950 (you can register 1000 years worth of domain name)

Just a little heads up just so you don't have unrealistic expectations: many domain
registrars have slim margins, so don't expect quality support at the price they offer
on their site.

Go Daddy runs specials from time to time, and I believe there's a thread giving a
few coupon codes. Domainsite's cheapest plan is $6.99 per year for .com, then an
extra dollar to that when near expiration.

Registrfly (I know, guys, don't worry) also runs specials on theflypaper.com.

Speed, price, and quality. If you want all 3, be prepared to pay higher.

But if the 1st 2 are fine, then go with Namecheap. Their price is reasonable.

Almost forgot: Namecheap's coupon code is BESTVALUE. :)

moniker.com has a similarly priced special for members of other DN forum.

You are advised against using companies which have lower pricing.
