I know allot of host just like to copy each others TOS since they are almost the same. How much does a template go for? Going to a lawyer for one will cost around $300 or more. It will basicly have the same rules as most webhost but different wording =/

Most any host will let you reference theirs, if you ask. Of course, if you could use one from upstream, it would probably help. You still might want to have an attorney look it over even if you just copy/tweak someone elses'.

I've always said that anyone can copy our TOS, if they want:

You may NOT, however, copy any other section of our website.

I have one that I had drawn up by my attorney and I have sold it to a few people on this site.
It's a TOS/AU Policy that covers practically everything and protects the webhost.
I am only asking $10 for each copy in order to recoup my cost, as mention earler attornies arn't cheap.
So if you want a copy you can PM me.

As SWR said, asking your upstream provider for the TOS or a piece of the TOS is always a good idea, especially considering generally your hosted sites will have to abide by your upstream providers rules.
