Since this forum helped me find a good and reliable hosting company some months ago (otherwise I would've ended with a very bad one, trust me), I think I should tell you (very briefly, hehe :laugh:) how thinks have worked out so far.

Well, I've been with HostingZoom for 6 months now (January 17th - July 25th), and I'm VERY HAPPY with them.

-> I signed up to their "ZOOM Plan" (shared hosting)... my account was ready in 50 minutes, more or less. Very quickly :).
-> Support: honestly, I'm not much of a technical-issue webmaster. I have sent only two tickets... and they were responded to fairly fast and professionally.
-> The servers are really fast and stable! and this is the most important thing for me. My website always loads fast. The uptime is also superb... I'm gonna start monitoring it with host-tracker, but so far, I have no complaints about it.

In my opinion, HostingZoom has a well-deserved reputation for being a reliable hosting company. I'd definitely recommend them (I'm gonna stay with them).

I have used HostingZoom in the past too (Reseller Zoom actually, but same company) and I was also very satisfied. I am actually currently using RZ again for my sites :)

I used RZ in the past as well and was quite happy. Glad to see things are working out well for you.

It's great to hear that HZ is doing such a great job. Often times RZ and HZ are mentioned together (or rather as soon as HZ is mentioned, RZ's name gets mentioned soon enough). Sometimes that does them a service, sometimes it doesn't. In all, it's nice to see a company that has found a business model that can work and has happy customers. :)

I've used hostingzoom as well as reseller zoom in the past. I can say that their support team was very fast and helpful. I did have an issue with their billing department being less than helpful, though. Eventually things were fixed however. However this was enough for me to move my sites over to Hostgator where I have been hosted since.

I would still recommend HZ but personally I am very happy with Hostgator.

Thats great to know! I'm going on my *gets out calendar* 15th month with HZ and I can second everything that he has said. I'm still very satisfied with them. Maybe I'll make another review on my 20th month. ;)

Interesting to hear; indeed I've read good things about them in the past but more lately I seem to have lost track of what is happening (have been away from WHT).

I am using budget reseller package from ResellerZoom and have noticed some downtime lately especially on the sites where I have directory scripts installed.
Email support was pretty fast and confident - no complaints here

WTMS what server are you on?

Where can I see the name of the server?

I have been with Hosting Zoom for a complete YEAR now (January 17th 2006 - January 17th 2007), and I'm still VERY happy with them.

From my experience, I would recommend HZ to anyone. :agree:

Solid and fast servers, great uptime, good and quick support team.

By the way, I just switched my site from the old zoom package to the new failover hosting, so I still have to see the performance of this new plan.

But I'm looking forward to stay with them for many years to come. :cool:
