I have just signed up with LenZ Multimedia.
Their prices were extremely competitive and their service was the only one I encountered in my (short) searches that had no problems with a large number of email accounts (375 estimated) relative to website and traffic requirements.
The support was almost instantaneous thanks to their ICQ online presence. After 127 interactions on ICQ (this guy's got patience!) all my questions were answered.
Connectivity-wise I am no expert, but they appear to have 200ms ping into Australia, which is very good. (I'm in Aus.) 0% packet loss on MTR after 5 mins.
With the two week moneyback guarantee, I saw no harm in trying out their service - can always back out in that time if I find I'm having problems...but so far I've not had a problem.
I'll post an update in a week when I've had a better chance to evaluate performance.

I had some initial problems with DNS that took a little longer than expected to fix.
The DNS error was reported to be human error.
They ahve been very helpful in sorting out problems with an SSL page and with SSI.

I'm lokoing at joining them. Would you say that they are still good. I like the prices and the fact that they have phone numbers and ABN on the website. I checked the ABN with ABR in Brisbane and it's a valid company with a good record. I have just heard to many horror stories and don't want to get burned...
I had DNS errors with them too in the beginning. They got fixed right away. Their support is good. But I have been getting a lot of time-out errors lately! The last one was for one hour and 56 minutes!!! That was the second time in one month!
