I just wanted to tell you there is a great site for Newbie Developers with a forum board on all web topics, links to tutorials, downloads, resources and articles.

They are thinking of closing it if not enough people use it. I am a
user and want it to stay open because there are some hot programmers moderating there.

Sorry if this is not acceptable I cant work out if it is ok or not and also I am not sure if this is the right place. If you check it out you will see it is a lot of work gone into it anyway.
