Thanks dollar 07-23-2006, 10:48 PM How long ago did you contact enom? stub 07-23-2006, 11:55 PM Did you open a support ticket? darkink 07-24-2006, 11:21 AM yes, i opened a support ticket and put as high priority, but now it has been more than 24 hours, yet did not receive a reply mdadnan 07-24-2006, 02:18 PM account probably closed due to abuse originated from the account. Try contacting enom fraud/abuse department directly cuz eventually enom rep will ask you to contact them sometime later. stub 07-24-2006, 08:28 PM Maybe it's time to call them. darkink 07-25-2006, 04:00 AM no, you are wrong, the account is opened recently and only one domain is registered mdadnan 07-25-2006, 10:06 AM I understand as I used 'probably' and I am not 100% positive. It might your client used a payment method that is not allowed for your country. The quickest method is to contact abuse department so they can investigate and clear sub-account. bagfull 07-25-2006, 11:00 AM we get reply from enom within 12 hours of generating the support ticket without fail. Just post the query again in the same ticket... good luck! mrzippy 07-29-2006, 05:26 AM We've never had to wait longer then 24 hours for an answer to a support ticket. But then, we are ETPs, so perhaps we have higher priority? Have you tried to contact your "parent" reseller? They should provide assistance on your behalf... mdadnan 07-29-2006, 11:08 AM We've never had to wait longer then 24 hours for an answer to a support ticket. But then, we are ETPs, so perhaps we have higher priority? Same here. |
