when my clients try to log in his subaccount, it says the account is disabled, i tried to contact enom but no response, anybody have better suggestions?

yes, i opened a support ticket and put as high priority, but now it has been more than 24 hours, yet did not receive a reply

account probably closed due to abuse originated from the account. Try contacting enom fraud/abuse department directly cuz eventually enom rep will ask you to contact them sometime later.

no, you are wrong, the account is opened recently and only one domain is registered

I understand as I used 'probably' and I am not 100% positive. It might your client used a payment method that is not allowed for your country. The quickest method is to contact abuse department so they can investigate and clear sub-account.

we get reply from enom within 12 hours of generating the support ticket without fail. Just post the query again in the same ticket... good luck!

We've never had to wait longer then 24 hours for an answer to a support ticket. But then, we are ETPs, so perhaps we have higher priority?

Have you tried to contact your "parent" reseller? They should provide assistance on your behalf...
