One rather noticeable shift is that we are no longer providing new Reseller services. This decision comes after months of internal analysis and planning, and is based on many factors, but mainly we are looking to retool our Reselling platform and offerings behind the scenes. The service will be returning at some point in the future, albeit in a possibly different way.

As far as any of us here know, they discontinued offering new reseller accounts. I think there was a post in their blog about this.

Has Site5 given any sort of real explanation or details on why they decided to stop offering reseller accounts?

Believe me, as a former reseller customer of Site5, you're very fortunate that you missed out. There are many good reseller hosts out there. Browse this forum and you'll discover many good reviews on various reseller hosts.

did they stop offering support to the old reseller customer too!? In the blog there is only a notification, weren't their any discussion about?

did they stop offering support to the old reseller customer too!?There's no evidence to suggest that, not to mention that the blog entry states:

Though we will no longer be accepting new Reseller clients, our services for our current Resellers will surely remain strong (a little more on that just a little later in the post.)

senior,

The only evidence is that they take an extremely long time to repsond to tickets. I have had several support request in to them recently that have taken many hours before I get a response from them.

Also, I asked them aobut their reseller services and posted there comments here in another post. You should be able to find that here. Iw ould recommend leaving them.
