i want to know hostingdepartment.net is a good and really hosting company?

have you tried to do a search on them on WHT? You can also look for reviews on them at http://www.whreviews.com I am sure you can find some good things on them. But always weigh out the good and the bad ofcourse.

They told me they have load balanced servers but only one pentium 4 processor.

Its funny how you have 1 post & come to bash us, am guessing your another provider. Its seems your doing the lying.

We had around 10 minutes of downtime this month due to the kernel issue were anyone could gain root access & a reboot was required, am sure MANY hosts will know about this as they would go through the same process.

I find that VERY hard to believe. I dont think one person could offer 24/7 support like we do.

We do have servers with one CPU but these are PHP5 servers & clients can only request this type via email & must already be a client, they also fully understand what the server is.

Just from reading about HD.net and talking to thier support team a few times they are great people and offer quality services. I wouldn't put to much worth into this guy's claims.

i think hostingdeparment is a very good company.

Seems that they really have it together from some of their posts on various communities. Have you shot them a few sales quetions or interacted with any employees of? If not, you may want to try that on for size. This way you get a feel for the enivornment before you make the purchase. However, the best way to decide would be review.
