. . . . . . . . I think you should be more clear on your offer. If you're going to sell something for $XX; you're going to sell it for $XX.
If you're going to auction something, with a $XX minimum bid; then you're going to auction something with a $XX minimum bid.

Just a suggestion. Nice template by the way.
