Hi there.

Well my company has been around nearly a year now, we have a solid customer base and are growing steadily.

The highs for us are getting new signups and getting good comments on sites like findsp.com

The lows are customers moaning about every little thing, expecting full support when their own scripts dont worlk etc.

What are your highs and lows, and to those of you who have been around a while how do the highs and lows change after time?

1) New Order
2) an email from a customer out of nowhere thanking us for outstanding support / going beyond the call of duty :)

Coming in the morning and having your in box full of new sign ups. It will say recieving msg one of 30 and you are expecting spam and they are all the orders.

Great way to start a day!:D

High: Waking up to an inbox full of orders

Low: Finding out one of your servers has been blacklisted due to a user's spam.
