Just to be clear, you will need to know cPanel, WHM, and Root WHM inside and out.

You will be dealing with regular shared hosting clients and dedicated server clients. If you feel uncomfortable working with dedicated server (or visa versa) clients please let me know in your resume.

Im pretty much aiming for tickets to be answered as soon as possible. Our system will send you an email when a ticket arrives, so just check your email every so often.

You make your own hours. Just dont disappear without telling me.

Please note that payment is currently the following rates:

$1.66 / shared hosting ticket
$2.17 / dedicated hosting ticket
$1.89 / live support session/transcript
*Payment is negotiable.*

Hourly rates are NOT available during the summer months.

Also, due to the volume of applicants that we receive please allow up to 5 days for me to process all resumes/applications.
