I recieved an E-Mail from CommuniTech.NET saying that they have are now selling all Dedicated servers fro $1 setup and $1/month for this month only... I wonder how much this would hinder their profitability...

Being curious, I chatted with a nice gentleman named Lenny. I figured that 5-10GB wasn't all that much for a dedicated server so I wondered what the overage cost was. Buck a gig (not too shabby), steps of 20 (so if you start at 5GB, you'd move up to 20 - $15 extra, and if you started at 10, you'd still move up to 20 - $10 extra, etc.)

Guy I spoke with: Lenny.Hihath @ CommuniTech.Net

This is just the first month, right? Lol, I would love it if it wasn't. I've been wanting to get a real dedicated server for a long time but at my age, I can't afford it. I just hope cox allows servers sometimes on their cable. Anyone know of a P1-75 w/ 16Mb and 5Gb of b/w, lol!

MDesigner, where are you located at? I have Cox Business service and they allow a server if you have 2 IP's.
