Basically just build a new layout for a multigaming clan website...

Musts:
- 1024*768 compatibel
- some totally cool flash header/banner if possible. if so, it possible to change the name of the clan in the flash banner by an external file or a flash var.
- menu links must be text links, but that doesn't mean they don't need to be cool ^_^
- multi gaming, non game specific.
- newspost should have their own graphics, a top banner of somekind. so if you could make a default one?


What do i dislike:
flufflyness
blurry things
bad use of color combinations

You're totally free on the style to use or the colors to use, as long as you make it look good, I'll be satisfied and all happy and ... stuff o_O
Any questions, ask, don't go assuming. Assuming something is the mother of all ****ups :-)

- i will not pay ANYTHING up front! you can watermark the design or whatever when you are showing me the preview.
- i want this done in 1 week from when you accept the job
- no budget set, tell me your price

I have a question for you. I think it can help those who are interested in this job. Because it's not totally clear what you want, I assume (but that's bad, as you already mentioned) you just want a main page and some custom graphics for the news posts? You will incorporate a news system etc youself? Do you need advanced coding included or just the Adobe PSD file and sliced down to a nice HTML page?

I can do all the rest, you don't even have to slice it!
