I would like to know, on one of my servers I am setting up the firewall for it, and I would like to knwo if I should disable the port Called, "Routed (RIP)". It's port#520.
I am usign this server to mainly run our business. Shoudl it be disabled?
Please let me know..

Unless you are using the server as a router, and running RIP (both are highly unlikely), then you can disable it. Port 520 is used by routers in a RIP area to advertise information to each other.
