Includes Cpanel, full management, free reboots. We are located at telehouse, NYC.

Please note that HostTitan would be managing the server (security audits, hardware replacements etc.,). We would prefer whoever used this server to not have root access, instead relying upon us to solve any problem (software or otherwise).

There are currently two low-traffic sites on the server (about 30 visitors between the two) using almost none of the cpu or harddrive capacity. They can be moved if the seller prefers, within two weeks. At which point we'd be fine giving root access.

What type of payment do you accept ?

We accept 2checkout.com, paypal, check by mail, and wire transfer if you choose to pay quarterly or annually. Unfortunately that server has now been rented out. However, we are building several others of similar specs. Let me know if you're interested and I can try to work with you.
