I need help with this situation with a client and his clients. My client passed way which he was hosting some sites under his account. And now I’m going to suspend the account, should I contact his clients or not. Or wait until contact me about their site when it gets suspend.

This would be a very touchy situation. I wouldn't turn off their accounts. Have you had any contact with his family, do they just want to dissolve the company or is someone taking it over?
If the company is basically gone then I think sending his clients a letter saying he passed away and offering to continue hosting them at the rate he charged might be ok.

No one is taking out the company, it was one man company which he ran on the side for himself. I was planning to send an email to the clients, but i really don't want to say that he passed way in the email. I'm trying to find a better what to stated

Why don't you want to tell them that he passed away? I think being honest with clients is the best thing for everyone.

How do you have his client's info? If you can obtain that without reading through his emails or otherwise invading privacy, then by all means it'd be in the interest of his client's to learn not only that their current hosting company has effectively dissolved but that they can still be offered the same level of service.

I don't think he does not want to be honest but perhaps tell the clients via email.

Maybe something like this:
Dear <client>,
I share the sadness you must feel upon learning of the untimely death of <reseller>. It was a shock to all of us.
We, <company>, would like to help reduce the potential problems with the dissolution of <reseller company>. We can refer you to other resellers of our services, or provide you the same service <reseller> was providing at the same price and level of service. The only thing you would need to change is who you are paying for your service.
Please let me know whether you would like to continue service with us, and we can set you up with an account.
Sincerely,
<company>

That sounds a little like more of a 'corporae push'.
Perhaps mention that you also had a close relationship with xxx, and he resold through you, so thee is the convenience of no move.

Been there done that. Ive had some long time clients pass away too.
It was really very shocking and very sad for me since we are pretty much on a first name basis with clients :bawling:
Just a few things here..if there was no one left in charge, Im wondering how you were able to find out he died?
If you are un-able to find out, or you do know FOR SURE there is no one left in charge of his business then I would NOT suspend any sites but rather contact the resold accounts and offer them your services., explaining you were the upstream provider for him.
Best of luck.
