Can some one point me to the right direction which company's i have to look at and what is the preferred way of doing your billing if your a reseller.

Are you asking for how often to bill clients or what program?

I bill clients on the 1st and 15th.... Invoices are due on the 10th and 25th. Overdues are due on the 15th and 30th...

Example: All accounts due during the 1-15 of the month get billed on the 1st and are due on the 10th. If they do not pay by the 10th status is Overdue and new due date is the 15th. This allows us to only deal with payments twice a month, overdues twice a month and I am not spending that much time on billing.

As for a billing program that I use, I have seen many out there, but currently am using a custom one that I programmed to preform the above method.
