My site has been hosted by Nexpoint Technologies for about 6 months and has been in good shape until about 2 months ago when my traffic/stats information has not been available. Calls to tech support say that they are changing their stats server and it will be back up shortly, but this has been going on for over two months now with no resolution. Is Nexpoint having some type of larger problem? Or should I just find a different way to get my traffic info? Thanks for your thoughts.

Ask them to make your raw log files available to you. After that you can download them and go through them yourself or run them through your own statistics analyzer.
