We have a customer that needs a complete re-work of his website, and wants it done in flash. We need someone who is crammed full of creativity and can put together a concept with basic direction. What we don't need is:

Someone who just downloaded Flash and thinks they could "give it a go"
Someone who is booked up until November
A quote for $10 per page, while at the same time giving us a reasonable price

Again, this will be for a client of ours. We want to outsource the job, and whoever we give it to will be the one we call on for other jobs in the future.
