We've had a lot of threads on "which is the best control panel," but when you just ask "which is your favorite," people may be inclined to simply state the control panel they use, if they're happy with it.

But what is your satisfaction level with the panel you have? Sorry, but I can't think of a way to do this but individual polls.

So, if you use PLESK, how happy are you with it, with 1 being the WORST and 5 being the BEST?

Plesk is Good...very good. Very solid, fairly secure by default. I am pleased...It has some end user drawbacks (stuff to do with the default httpd config, which can be over ridden, but it takes time from the admin to set it up and restart Apache, and the plain control panel that seems to intimidate users). Given the httpd.conf settings, I can easily take that...my job as an admin is to take care of the server and make things work properly. The end-user interface needs a big time make over.....

I would consider other management software, but only if something as well put together as Plesk came along with a great interface at a similar price point.

Rules say "participants may not bump threads uneccessarily" . I'm bumping this one to try to keep the four control panel polls reasonably together, since IMO we are gathering useful info and want people to realize I am asking about the four main control panels, not just one or two. If the mods think this is in error, I apologize.

1- SSH
2- Cron
3- Better Navigation and skins
4- Capability to do oversell bandwidth and space (set more than available BW and Space for each reseller but pu quota on them)
5- A file maneger
