Thanks It really depends on your definition of "medium sized reseller."
Or, is it that you don't have any idea how much space/bandwidth you might be needing?

I dont think there is a set plan for a "medium" sized reseller. You need to evaluate your current space/bandwidth/etc and choose the right plan that suits what you currently need.
