do most of these clients of yours know how to set the form up properly, or do you as a reseller have to assist them in this? if you do, is this considered as part of your company's support, or could/should a reseller charge extra for such assistance?

What you could do is include any formmail script for your clients in your /home/user/cpanel3-skel directory . This way it will get installed automatically in every account you set-up ;)

I did post that over 75% of clients use cgi in some shape or form - RE: CPanel - already comes with formmail no extra files required in skeleton - unless you dislike the one installed at /cgi-sys/****.cgi
