Marts 06-03-2002, 10:40 PM I think you need to state how many people you plan to support etc etc. I handled over 400 by myself just fine. I believe if I ever want to see the sun or the outside world again, I will be hiring soon when more people come on board. Hope this helps fractiousws 06-03-2002, 10:43 PM I currently have 3 techs available, but we want to be committed to answering all requests in less than 45 minutes :) How many customers do you think 3 techs will be able to handle comfortably. Marts 06-03-2002, 10:46 PM 3 techs available Hmm going on my stats I would say 1200 maybe more. But it all depends on your clients. And how much they know. It also depends on your FAQ's and online answeres etc etc freakysid 06-04-2002, 01:27 AM How many light bulbs did you want changed? :D bobcares 06-04-2002, 06:04 AM Hi! Here's how we put it. 100 tickets per tech per day... This is reached after about 3 months of training and experience... Also if you want 24x7 you'd need a minimum of 6 techs. Here's how it works. 3 shifts.. 2 per shift. As there are 6 people there would be 12 holidays per week. So for those 8 x 12 hours there would only one person. Otherwise 2 people... However, remeber when you are starting do not over spend. Just get a little flexible and keep maximum holidays on days with lesser loads... And have someone on backup on those days. I hope this helps. Have a great day :) Regards Amar admin0 06-04-2002, 05:14 PM good calculation ! .. :D :D :D |
