Greetings, I'm currently looking for a PHP/MySQL web designer that can develop a website for a new web hosting company that is starting up. This will be a paying job of course, and the designer in question should also be able to do logos and graphics as well.
For details on the job in question, please contact me at: dkuro29@rogers.com with examples of your work and (if possible) a quote for your services, as well as contact information (email, icq, aim, etc.)
This is an important project that needs to be completed in a small amount of time, so only serious developers should contact me only. Thanks for your time.

PHP/MySQL web designer
I think you mean "PHP/MySQL developer with graphic design skills".
This definition is pretty shadowy. I see lots of people who does web(software) development!!!!! and they have no idea about database basics. What is normalization? What is mission statement or design objectives? Why should I need primary key? do I really need to create a database table for countries when I can keep them as text in a field?
Pretty sad to hear sentences "but it works", "We will redesign database if needed", "We dont need OOP approach because this project is too small for it", "Templates? what is it?"
This thread is not right place to discuss probably, but I really miss well written project/job descriptions.

Well-said my friend!
