Did that happend to anyone here please tell me some advice because I had 5,000$ on my account and now Im always up early everyday checking my email to see if I got anything from google...

Very unlikely to see your money. Generally once google ban an account you don't get it, or the money, back

I got banned and emailed them 3 times back when we were doing free hosting. Invalid clicks. Which was strange seeing as we didnt get many anyway.

Google Ad Sense ban for the worst reasons. There's a 0.001% chance they will listen to your dispute(s).

I got my account suspended once for putting ads on parked domains, but they responded to my appology email :) and got my account active again, they did substract some amount of money (I think what they judged as invalid clicks from those links) and that's it!

Try emailing them again and explain your situation!

Good luck!

You've got two hopes of getting the account back from my experience. No hope and and even lesser hope. They will keep telling you about invalid clicks no matter how much you insist your innocence on the matter.

Same thing happened to me JUST as I reached the first $100 payout mark. Super fishy.

Dont sweat google is the worst place to look for ads, they just have this policy " When a site reaches payout, terminate their account Period".

I am waiting for yahoo to start their canadian based ads thingy , cause google is puked up company :peace:

Agreed, Google love it when their add's are on your website, however, just as soon as they need to payout they take a very long, hard look at your site and suspend your account due to some tiny clause in the T&C's. Its similar to insurance companies, take your money but when paying out try there very best not too!

Seems like no one passing this conspiracy theory on ever takes a second to think about how foolish an approach it would be for Google.

OK, the theory is that when you get to the $100 mark where they should pay you, they just close your account and "steal" that $100. But... say it took you two months to get there. You've made $100; during that same time Google has made around $40. If they left your account up a few months, they'd continue to bring in their share indefinitely -- Over just a few months, they'd far surpass that $100 figure that people think they're so eager to steal.

The simple fact is that it's in Google's interest to have as many well-performing sites in the program as possible. They can't lose any money by having you there; they get their cut before they give yours to you. The only reason they'd not want a site would be that it isn't performing up to the expectation of the advertisers, who are the people Google really has to keep happy.

So why do account disabling stories always seem to happen when there's a payment due? Because thousands of apply for Adsense accounts and then never use them, or don't keep a site in place long enough to be due a payment. Further, a site can't be fully examined by Google until the ads are in place, an account can't be fully evaluated until AdSense is placed on a number of sites that will be controlled under that account, and ad performance can't be evaluated until there is a history to evaluate. Sure, Google takes "a long, hard look" at an account at the time it's due for its first payment; that's the sensible time at which to do so.

One more point people miss (though it's clearly specified in the Terms and Conditions; but it's also clear that many people who end up with account problems haven't really read that document): if Google disables an account, they are liable to pay what's due but they have 90 days to do so. If you are disabled right before a payment is due, you shouldn't expect to see any payment for 90 days. Those are the contract terms you agreed to.

I second what you said JayC!

Thank you for clearing it out! As I said Google people were very cooperative on my issue and understood the fact that I didn't fully read their T&C and greacefully accepted my apology as JayC said not for my "blue eyes" as we say here in Morocco :D but as they have as much benefit as I do running their Ads on my sites.

For sure you will not get a prompt response, specially as your account has a considerable amount of funds, but I am sure they will answer after a full review of your case! just email them again !

Good luck

Heh, I got a bit of a scare yesterday when I logged into my account and saw very little accessible to me  It seems a cheque they sent me was returned undelivered. After submitting a support ticket, they unblocked me. I have now changed payment method to Electronic Funds Transfer instead of cheque. Hey works out a bit cheaper :)

The problem with them is their approach.

If something is going or is wrong they should issue a warning.

Not always a WM knows what's going on, sometimes there's a likely fraud, sometimes there is something else.

Instead, from what I hear, they wait to reach payout and only then they review the situation and just terminate the accounts.

Any followup is a waste of time usually, from what I hear again.

As an Adwords publisher, I strongly believe that they should protect their clients' investments, but I don't think it's even legal to act that way.

If my account is terminated due to clickfraud, are the clicks 100% illegittimate?

Most likely no, so why don't they pay for the valid ones and then terminate the account? And then take not so clever Wms to court? Are they really refunding their clients as they say? I never got a refund, for instance.

Too easy that way.

My first question would be.. Why did you leave $5,000 in a Google Adsense account? That is a tad odd. Second question is, are you sure you didn't break any TOS/AUP rules? From my experience when your site is banned, its for a very good reason.

I've been using adsense for years now and i've had about 5 warnings and never been banned.

Agreed very stange. I thought payout was $60 by bank account and $100 by cheque.

Never knew they did warnings. Just woke up one day and I had a email saying my adsense account was terminated :(. Would have liked at least one warning. I was nearing payout too :bawling:.
