Hello,
Someone is using fake credit cards to order hosting services, from my company. I Have confirmed with many clients that they didn't purchase services from me. My next step would be to call the police. DOes anyone have any suggetions what should I do next, how would I trace this etc?

Well the first time I got a fruad charge, I attempted to report them and basically the cc company told me that it was more than likely already taken care of and that there was nothing more that I could do to help. So from them on, I just send out an email to the fraudlant user that there order could not be processed because for one or more reasons their card was not accepted.
And I keep all the IP's, names, and emails of the fruadlant orders just incase I do need them. We get about 1-2 fruad's a week. I have heard several websites, saying that if you include a line like "your IP address has been recorded and ...." it helps to cut back.
Goodluck!

We get 1-2 a week also. We now verify each one and make sure the full address matches and also the CVV2 # matches
An important new security feature for card-not-present transactions now appears on the back of most credit cards. This new feature is a three-digit value which provides a cryptographic check of the information embossed on the card.
CVV2's Location:
The CVV2 three-digit value for Visa/MasterCard, four-digit for Amex, is printed on the signature panel on the back of credit cards immediately following the card account number.
The CVV2 value helps validate two things:
The customer has their credit card in his/her possession.
The card account is legitimate.
CVV2 is not contained in the magnetic stripe information, nor does it appear on sales receipts.
My 2 cents
