Just the basic stuff,

-integraed ticket service
-reseller ability (they can setup new accounts and manage -them)
-let users add dns records.

It have everyting like alabanza and cpanel, and easy to chang theam. No nead to use unix comand.

That is small enough that you can ut it on a floppy disk and run it where ever you go that has a modem.

2. Real time stats, figure out a way that reporting stats isn't so crazy withthe resources. Such as, use the typical text logging for databasing, then a pre-processor (ran by cron say every 30 minutes) sends to Mysql an updated database that it appends each time it sends data to mysql.

Then you can get real time logging done without a crazy resource requirement.

3. Secure and highly logical web host manager interface that you can use for resellers. The resellers will be able to have lots of options so that they can offer better service to their clients. THe main logic would be, if you are adding a 10 gig extra allowance and 500mb more space to an account, you will be charged for it. This would apply to anything as it would keep common sence common, and all posibilities for abuse would be gone.

4. A fast browser based interface. No bloated images, java, or anything else not necesary to make something "look" good. Sometimes fast cpanel access is crucial, as well as a fast webhost manager if you happen to have 20 or 30 acounts you need to suddenly fill.
