I keep a simple spreadsheet of all my domains that are parked at several different registrars and last night I trawled through the list to ensure that my list and the RegFly list both mirrored each other however one of my key valuable domains (site) was missing in the list.

I managed to get this solved quickly by contacting their support via raising a ticket (the domain was added) however it does concern me that this happens particularly when they give me a reason for this occurring due to either a fault of their system or registrar issues.

It has also happened a few times previously which is worrying.

This (the faulty system) is one of the main reasons you should stay very far away from RegisterFly.

it happened the same to me, i also have a spreadsheet with a domain list, which was a bit outdated, until i realized there were (at least) 20 domains missing from my account, at this time i really don't know if all domains have been restored, because they only help you if you identify the missing names, if you have a long list of names, it's a big waste of time to keep track of every name because of their faulty system.

My next move: transfering away from registerfly
