Anybody here know,
how to use imagemagick from the command line??

what i mean is, I am tring to use
convert and mogrify to
raise and frame Images,
ex.
HERE (http://www.imagemagick.org/MagickStudio/scripts/MagickStudio.cgi?CacheID=663769562.487037&SessionID=09b540542d1ebf02c2c8e97de0d9702d959c05a4ca2423d90511377d2203c72f.e89bc2659607f6030f4b32413435003fbd7a1b0c&Path=/var/www/html//MagickStudio/workarea/2adfcd88ce904dbd1124830107e63b7d480589be&Name=rose&Magick=jpeg&Action=mogrify&ToolType=Decorate)
anyway, it doesn't come out right, can anyone give me an example of how to do this using the Command Line?

my host does not install custom modules
like PerlMagick - Image::Magick, so I need to use the command line.
