Hey Guys

Does anybody have any ideas where you can get hold of official TOS, AUP and Privacy documents that are written professionally for UK based hosting / server businesses?

Would appreciate your input!

Do you mean free, or you're willing to pay for them? Free -- not likely.

I'd personally get a lawyer to draw them up, it's much safer that way. It's customized to your liking. Generic ones are OK.

We'd be willing to pay for them.... but maybe not as much as a lawyer would charge for custom ones :P
