I am looking for some talented designers to create this small 5-7 page website. If you feel that you have got what it takes to take on this project please let us know.

Payments: We need to get started ASAP; show us the progress in screenshots then we pay 50%. When the project is done we pay the other 50% and get design.

He will be able to provide you with url's to previous work, and such things. He does most of his work through Flash, but can develop HTML Sites using CSS as well.
