Just placed an order for a Nocster server. (Woo-hoo!) No words yet, but I was wondering how long it has taken for other Nocster customers to get their orders filled...
Can you tell I'm impatient? It must be that I'm spoiled from Rackshack's instant setup...
Take care,
Brian

Normal setups are same day (as long as I have hardware) Closeouts are already built, and as soon as we verify billing info, we'll have it up within a few hours (just need to install cPanel).
New clients, understandably take longer as we need to verify information (don't want fraud / chargebacks, etc) and builds are still usually within 12-24 hours. You'll have your server tonight though. If you need anything, just AIM me I'm on as BurstCSM
Thanks,

Thanks,
Good deal. I ordered a closeout, and am already a (Burst.net) customer so I'm sure that is speeding the process.
Thanks for the info!

I know, actually your server will be ready in a few hours, I'm having it built now. I just wanted to give info to those who weren't familiar with our policies.
Thanks,
Matthew
