Hey guys. Is there such billing software that would suit this situation or be customized to suit this situation.

Situation:
1. People fill out an order form with normal required fields (Name, Surname, Email)
2. The email gets sent to me, then me or the software replies with bank account details.
3. The person manually deposits money into my account.
4. I activate his/her/it's account or package.

Is this kind of situation possible with some sort of billing software?

yes, www.lpanel.net has this option. I also use it and it is quite great!

ClientExec will do this along with most hosting billing software.
