How much diskspace do you require / bandwidth?

I remember reading that Hostgator was offering MySQL5 with their hosting plans, check them out to see if they meet your requirements. Be sure to contact the sales department to confirm that they support mysql5 and php5 :)

Some hosts will upgrade for you.
