Unfortunately James Shearon was forced to close his businesses due to problems with his family. I don't know the extent of the problems but I do know they were serious enough to warrant his full attention. I wish him well as he was a very good man (although I don't necessarily agree with the lack of notice he supplied his clients).

hmm, super.nu seems like a professional company. but if they really scam anyone. How come no one reported them?

The same way other hosting companies who don't treat their customers right - lack of information. Because the pool of potential (and clueless!) clients is so big companies use that to their advantage. You have to actually search for information at places like this forum and others (and usenet://alt.www.webmaster) to find unbiased info on hosts.

depend what they done. You could always report them to the FBI for internet fraid. Or report them to some kind of internet business consumer report. ahhh! I am not sure. But I know that there are places where you can report a scammer.

WOW! This is a shock, James Shearon helped me so much with my hosting business, he never asked for a favore back. Now, I wish I could help him.
