I am looking for Professional Web-Designers, WHO DO THIS "FULL-TIME" (for a living), who would want to put their impressive portfolios on my site. The ideal candidate should possess excellent knowledge (and proven experience, by way of a Portfolio) with HTML, Flash, PHP, JAVA, knowledge of databases (MySQL) and ability to make E-Commerce sites -- all at reasonable prices!

Note: I don't need Web-Design for myself - my site is already up and running. What I may need is a small modification of my site if you have any original ideas to throw my way on how I can improve my site graphically.

What do I get? I do not want any profits from your design, since I won't be doing any work! I am looking for designers who will direct their clients to my company for Web-Hosting. Kind of a win-win for both parties.

What you get? Free advertising, a place to host your portfolio as well as the option of free-hosting on my rock solid server for your personal site (if necessary - we can work something out), and i'm hoping it can boost sales for my company at the same time.

I had originally found a web-designer by posting a similar ad (thread) on WHT. However, it hasn't really worked out in that he seems to have gone MIA. I was CCed on all emails he received, so I know that people were in fact emailing for web-design; however, I never heard from him again. I have tried to email him to no avail. Therefore, once again I am in search of a professional, full-time web-designer who would design for my clients and in turn for sending clients his way, he would send people to my company for hosting and would keep in contact with me (unlike the last guy!).
