Hi,

I have a Samsung Z400 with 3g and I can view web pages on it.

Certain web pages like Vodafone Live and some BBC content appear to be specially written for mobile phones - how can I learn more about creating pages for mobiles?

Anyone know any resources?

If you mean redirect to a directory for a 'site' built for mobile phones, personally, I'm not so sure how to do that, but if you mean specifically build for them, I was referred to this link - http://www.w3.org/TR/mobile-bp
