FSMstefan - I actually think you are the one making it hard for SupportPro here. Ok Jane did mis-understand a few times but you really were making it difficult.

How do you expect them to give you a trial if you don't provide them with your helpdesk login ?

They even gave you a secure URL to login with to send your information. I've used SupportPro and have been very impressed.

Please think before bashing companies like this who it is that is actually causing the problem.
