Can you try to reduce the font of the menu and packages a little? Professional Layouts are now toward small fonts (Verdana, size 1 or 2)

Also, why not to fill the space between the menu and the packages with a Photo (at the right) ? and leave the space at the left for site owner to place some text...

dude that is freakin huge, i suggest bringing the text size down a little.

on your first template.

One thing I noted is that you spelled the word 'Business' wrong. You have it as
'Buisness'.

You might want to change that along with the other suggestions already made. Other than that good job and good luck in your sale.
