I am after an order form for my site, I have tryed a few pre-made templates without success as most are full blown shopping carts.
I like the way 34sp.com have done there order form, my form will have to include the same features but be displayed on one page.
Right now we have the following form http://www.dp-uk.co.uk/order.php which does work well, but does not tally up the total amount due by the client. It emails the form through to us, and we then have to work it out and email the client the total amount due, thus taking up quite a lot of time.
I am alright at coding in PHP but I have not done much Javascript for about 2 years and each time I try to find a script that will allow me to tally up the total depending on the domain name selected from the list of extensions, and add the price of any extra features required like extra bandwidth, webspace etc I end up at a brick wall.
As I am in the UK without a PayPal account, I would like to do a swap, an order script which I could use on my site, in exchange for a copy of our "off the shelf shopping cart script" PHPCart Single License.
