Nice offer. I always like seeing more people addressing the low-end of the dedicated server market -- not everyone needs a dual 1.4GHz server.

We dont operate our own datacenter. To provide clients with good deals we acquire machines when we can get a good deal on them. You are right these dedicated servers are from fdcservers who we are a reseller for. We throw in a little bit extra though as we try to provide a very personal level of customer support for the client such as helping to install programs on the server if they need help. We also have offers that allow clients to potentionally save and even make lots of money by hosting with us such as giving people who refer new customers to us 50% of the new clients first 3 months payments. Just because someone doesn't operate their own data center does not mean in any way shape or form that they are not a quality hosting option or that they cant offer prices that are highly competitive:)

Also in regards to HollyMonkey's post - these servers are not listed on our website yet as we arent planning to offer a ton of them as the level of support we wish to provide wouldnt allow us to sell a huge amount of them at this current time.

I guess there could be advantages if you have good support. But I think fdcservers has pretty good support already. I can speak to them on ICQ as I have recently which is a nice feature.:)

What kind of support will you provide? ICQ, email, helpdesk, phone....

Thanks,
Mike

And good luck!:D

We offer support mainly through AIM and E-Mail our Help Desk but like I said its things we do that other companies might not do such as go out of our way to install a package or help someone find software to do what they want. Also like I said fdcservers doesnt have an option where if you refer new customers you can get cash, discounted hosting, or if your good free hosting AND cash.
