You can look into getting whois.cart or AWBS software.

Enom do provide api's (sample site plugins) to allow your user to register and access domains
Check under reseller section from Enom control panel

You can give access to your clients for their domains here:

http://access.enom.com/

To set the password for a domain go to My Domains in your reseller admin and click on the specific domain name. Next scroll down to Utilities and click on Domain Access Password.
